- Prowl Investigations will work with law enforcement as needed to resolve an investigation.
- If during the course of an investigation, a crime is detected it will be reported directly to the appropriate law enforcement agency. If needed, the case may be administratively closed based on the circumstances.
- All clients searching for and wanting to locate another adult or child will be properly vetted first to ensure no laws are being broken, no court orders and or protective orders are being violated and for the safety of the person being located.
- If the person, you the client, are searching for is an adult and they wish not to be contacted by you the client, they reserve that right and there location will not be shared with you the client, without a court order.
- If they choose to be contacted, you the client, will provide your contact information to them only and they will reach out to you directly, unless they choose to allow me the investigator, to provide there location.
- All contracts are final and any retainers are due at the time of contract signing.
- You the client, will be invoiced according to the services provided and are required to make payment within 10 days of the invoice. Prow Investigations reserves the right to stop the service provided until the invoice is paid in full. Prowl Investigations also reserves the right to discontinue providing further service due to not paying the invoice in full as requested.
- If you the client have a dispute with Prowl Investigations, we look forward to resolving that matter in order to maintain good client relationships.
- Prowl Investigations reserves the right not to accept a case or client without explanation. You will be notified if your case or service was accepted or denied via email.
- Prowl Investigations reserves the right to stop and/or pause an investigation or service to prioritize other more serious or time sensitive services as needed. You will be notified in such case.
- Prowl Investigations will follow all federal, state and local laws.
- Prowl Investigations will be discreet, and professional at all times and will provide as much transparency to you the client as reasonably possible.
- Veterans, veteran owned business, active duty, law enforcement, EMS/Fire, educators, family and friends will receive a 10% discount.
- All emails and phone calls will be responded to within three business days.
- Prowl Investigations does not accept walk-ins at the office. All business is either done in person, email, phone call and we will always come to you.
- If you provide a crime solving tip or have information related to a crime and wish not to be identified, Prowl Investigations will not provide your information to Law Enforcement, unless Prowl Investigations was provided a subpoena, court order or a search warrant. Your tip or information will be provided to proper law enforcement agency. Be a aware that when you contact Prowl Investigations, the information you provide that identifies you is stored for a period of time for such matters.
- The data provided in the final investigative report may be derived from third-party commercial databases and information aggregation services and will be specifically identified as provided by a third-party. As a result, Prowl Investigations LLC cannot warrant the comprehensiveness, completeness, accuracy, or adequacy for any particular use or purpose of the information provided and expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever. Prowl Investigations LLC, will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of this data.” Additionally, the third-party data basis that Prowl Investigation uses are not a “consumer reporting agency,” and its services do not constitute “Consumer reports,” as these terms are defined by The Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. (“FCRA”) or similar state statutes. Accordingly, to the third party services used, services may not be used in whole or in part as a factor in establishing an individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or for any other eligibility purpose permitted by the FCRA. Prowl Investigations will use this information and verify or attempt to verify the validity of the information with no guarantee.
